Supreme Court: Banks are Lenient With Big Borrowers But Strict With Ordinary Loan Applicants - (21 May 2026)

Supreme Court observed that banks casually sanction large loans to big companies, but subject ordinary borrowers to excessive scrutiny and procedures that often amount to borderline harassment.
