Kerala High Court: University Syndicate Cannot Sue Chancellor as Both Form Same Legal Body - (20 May 2026)

Kerala High Court held that Calicut Syndicate cannot challenge appellate order of Chancellor in disciplinary cases, as Chancellor is superior appellate authority cannot sue another unless permitted by law, as it would defeat single corporate body concept institutional discipline.
