J&K&L High Court: AFT Cannot Demand Certified Court-Martial Records When Security Restrictions Apply - (18 May 2026)

DEFENCE

High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has upheld the constitutional validity of Rule 147-A of the Army Rules, 1954, holding that the Central Government may refuse certified copies of court-martial proceedings on security grounds, as it is protected under Article 33 of the Constitution.
