Supreme Court: Appeals Must Include Certified Copies of Orders, as E-Filing Alone is Insufficient - (13 May 2026)

INSOLVENCY

Supreme Court held that filing an appeal before the NCLAT without a certified copy of the challenged order is not a curable procedural defect but a fundamentally invalid appeal, and merely e-filing it cannot satisfy the legal requirement.
