Delhi High Court: Employer’s Delhi Head Office Alone Does Not Give Delhi Labour Courts Jurisdiction - (13 May 2026)

LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL

Delhi High Court held that the place of employment and where termination takes effect determine jurisdiction in industrial disputes, adding that an employer’s head office in Delhi alone does not give Delhi labour authorities territorial jurisdiction.
