Delhi High Court: Labour Courts Cannot Decide Disputed TA/DA Claims under Section 33C(2) of ID Act - (13 May 2026)

LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL

Delhi High Court held that under Section 33C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, Labour Courts can only compute or recover pre-existing service benefits and have no jurisdiction to decide disputed entitlements or adjudicate claims like TA/DA.
