Supreme Court: Frictionless Relationship Between the Bar and the Bench Strengthens Justice Delivery - (12 May 2026)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Supreme Court, while closing contempt proceedings against senior advocate Yatin Oza, said the Bench and the Bar are “two wheels of the chariot of justice” and warned that friction between them could weaken public confidence in the justice delivery system.
