Punjab & Haryana High Court: Raid on Rajinder Gupta’s Factory Soon After He Joined BJP From AAP - (11 May 2026)

P&H High Court observed that the apprehension of political vendetta in the Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) raid on Trident Limited appears reasonably palpable, noting its timing soon after MP Rajinder Gupta, the company’s Chairman Emeritus, switched from AAP to BJP.
