Patna HC Directs Smooth Lok Adalat For Traffic Challan Settlement, Ensuring Access to Justice - (07 May 2026)

Patna High Court directed smooth conduct of the National Lok Adalat for traffic challan settlement, stressing that access to justice must remain unhindered and adequate arrangements be made to manage the large expected turnout, while hearing a related writ petition in Bihar.
