Supreme Court Holds Revenue Records Alone Do Not Confer Title Over Land Ownership - (07 May 2026)

CIVIL

Supreme Court reiterated that revenue entries only indicate possession and do not prove ownership, and affirmed that title over land must be established through primary documents, as such entries alone are insufficient to claim ownership.
