J&K&L High Court: Post-Conviction NDPS Bail Cannot Rest on Long Incarceration Alone - (04 May 2026)

Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court held that in NDPS cases involving commercial quantity, post-conviction bail cannot be granted merely due to long incarceration, as Section 37’s twin conditions are mandatory jurisdictional requirements that must be strictly satisfied.
