SC: State Must Act as a Model Employer, Criticising the Union For Not Regularising ISRO Workers - (30 Apr 2026)

Supreme Court criticised the Union Government for failing to regularise daily wage workers in an ISRO subsidiary, noting it had ignored earlier directions to frame a scheme or create posts within six months to absorb them on a permanent basis.
