Bom HC: Developers’ Profit Rights in Redevelopment Cannot Override Members’ Right to Safe Housing - (28 Apr 2026)

Bombay High Court, refusing interim relief to a developer inactive for 13 years, held that in redevelopment projects, society members’ right to safe and better housing prevails over a developer’s right to earn profit from selling flats.
