Supreme Court: Probate Can be Revoked For Non-Impleadment of Parties and Suppression of Facts - (23 Apr 2026)

Supreme Court held that probate obtained without impleading necessary parties or disclosing material facts is liable to be revoked, as in a case where a woman secured probate without including her siblings or subsequent purchasers, leading to its cancellation on their application.
