Delhi HC: Fresh Tenders Allowed Despite Existing Contracts; Anticipatory Grievances Not Entertained - (22 Apr 2026)

Delhi High Court held that the State can initiate a fresh tender process despite subsisting contracts for a future period, and ruled that a contractor’s apprehension of possible overlap with existing agreements is not a valid ground to entertain a writ petition.
