Supreme Court: Higher Qualifications Cannot Replace the Required Minimum Experience Criteria - (21 Apr 2026)

Supreme Court held that essential qualifications cannot be relaxed merely due to higher degrees, rejecting a candidate’s claim for a Computer Hardware Engineer post as she lacked the mandatory five years’ experience despite topping the selection and holding an M.Tech degree.
