Delhi HC: Non-Disclosure of Conflict By Andre Yeap Vitiates Arbitral Award in MSA Global Dispute - (20 Apr 2026)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court refused to enforce a foreign arbitral award, holding that arbitrator and Senior Counsel Andre Yeap’s failure to disclose his prior professional engagement with one of the parties violated fundamental principles of justice, thereby vitiating the arbitral proceedings.
