Rajasthan HC: Govt Department Cannot Terminate Outsourced Employee, Only Recommend Action - (20 Apr 2026)

Rajasthan High Court held that a government department cannot directly terminate an employee engaged through an outsourcing agency and must instead recommend action to the agency concerned. It made this ruling in a case involving termination of a State Coordinator under an e-governance scheme.
