SC: Plaint Cannot Be Rejected Under Order VII Rule 11 CPC on the Ground of Order II Rule 2 Bar - (17 Apr 2026)

Supreme Court held that a plaint cannot be rejected under Order VII Rule 11 CPC on the basis of Order II Rule 2 bar, stating that only plaint averments must be examined at this stage and such issues require evidence.
