Delhi HC: Lokpal May Form Prima Facie Opinion Before Show Cause Notice Without Prior Hearing - (17 Apr 2026)

Delhi High Court held that the Lokpal of India must consider the preliminary inquiry report and form a prima facie opinion on the existence of a case before issuing a show-cause notice to the accused.
