Bombay HC: Child Care Leave Protects Motherhood and Denial Violates Rights of Mother and Child - (17 Apr 2026)

Bombay High Court held that the Child Care Leave policy recognises a woman’s role in family stability and child upbringing, and directed that the Government must ensure its proper implementation to fulfil its intended objectives.
