Delhi HC: Emergency Arbitrator Awards are Not Binding on Indian Courts in Interim Relief Proceedings - (16 Apr 2026)

ARBITRATION

The Delhi High Court reiterated that while considering interim relief applications, Indian courts are not bound by emergency arbitrator orders and must independently evaluate such requests in accordance with Indian law, ensuring judicial discretion is exercised.
