Del HC Imposes ?10L Fine on Parle Agro For Non-Disclosure of Sales Revenue in Pepsico Trademark Case - (16 Apr 2026)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court imposed ?10 lakh costs on Parle Agro for failing to comply with its earlier order to periodically disclose sales figures during the pending trademark dispute with PepsiCo, following PepsiCo’s plea alleging violation of the 2023 directions on use of “For The Bold” tagline.
