Supreme Court: Spouse Cannot Withdraw Consent for Mutual Divorce After Settlement Agreement - (15 Apr 2026)

Supreme Court observed that although a spouse has the legal right to withdraw consent for a mutual divorce, such withdrawal is not permissible when both parties had previously agreed to dissolve the marriage as part of a full and final settlement of all disputes.
