Kar HC Orders CBI Probe into 53-Acre Land Acquisition, Citing Alleged Monumental Fraud & Conspiracy - (15 Apr 2026)

LAND ACQUISITION

Karnataka High Court termed the acquisition of 53 acres of land near Bengaluru’s Hebbal flyover in favour of a non-existent private entity as a “monumental fraud” and ordered a CBI probe into irregularities in the transaction conducted over two decades ago.
