SC: General Reference to a Tender’s Arbitration Clause Does Not Incorporate it into a Contract - (13 Apr 2026)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has reiterated that a general reference in a Letter of Intent to an arbitration clause in a tender document does not constitute a valid arbitration agreement for seeking the appointment of an arbitrator.
