Supreme Court: Lower Dearness Relief For Pensioners than Employees' DA is Arbitrary under Article 14 - (13 Apr 2026)

Supreme Court held that granting higher dearness allowance to employees than dearness relief to pensioners is arbitrary and violates Article 14, as both aim to offset inflation and must be treated equally.
