Allahabad High Court: Gram Nyayalaya Has Jurisdiction to Decide Maintenance and Execution Petitions - (13 Apr 2026)

Allahabad High Court held that Gram Nyayalayas have jurisdiction to hear and decide maintenance applications and cases under Sections 125 to 128 CrPC and the corresponding Sections 144 to 147 of the BNSS.
