Supreme Court: Stranger Affected by an Interim Order is Entitled to be Impleaded in Writ Proceedings - (10 Apr 2026)

Supreme Court has observed that even a non-party to original writ proceedings cannot be denied impleadment if an order passed therein directly affects their rights or interests, affirming that such a person is entitled to be heard in the matter.
