Delhi HC: FSSAI Has No Authority to Regulate Animal Feed - (08 Apr 2026)

Delhi High Court struck down Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s ban on meat and bone meal in feed for milk- and meat-producing animals, ruling that FSSAI lacks authority to set standards for animal food.
