Delhi HC: POCSO Charges Stay Even If Minors Remain Unidentified In Child Sexual Exploitation Cases - (06 Apr 2026)

Delhi High Court held that accused cannot be discharged under the POCSO Act merely because child victims in CSEM cases are unidentified or their ages unproven, noting that in most cases children remain untraceable, making age verification through documents or tests practically impossible.
