Supreme Court: Non-Confirmation of Seizure under Section 37A Impacts Adjudication Proceedings - (03 Apr 2026)

Supreme Court held that if seizure under Section 37A of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 is not confirmed, it affects later adjudication, and authorities cannot act in a way that undermines or prejudges a pending statutory appeal.
