SC: Blacklisting After Contract Termination is Not Automatic and Needs Independent Review - (03 Apr 2026)

CONTRACT

Supreme Court held that contract termination does not justify blacklisting without a show cause notice and due application of mind, and set aside the Jharkhand High Court order upholding such action over alleged construction defects.
