Kerala High Court: Entrepreneurs Must Be Protected From Baseless Protests to Boost Industrial Growth - (03 Apr 2026)

Ahead of Assembly elections, the Kerala High Court urged parties to assure that entrepreneurs with all legal clearances cannot have their businesses shut or licenses denied due to baseless public protests, emphasizing protection of industrial growth in the State.
