Delhi High Court: Driving Licence Not Fake Solely For Not Being Converted Into a Smart Card - (01 Apr 2026)

Delhi High Court held that a booklet-format driving licence cannot be deemed fake for not being a smart card, and dismissed an insurer’s appeal against a decree granted in favour of the insured.
