Delhi High Court Directs Removal of Unauthorised Vendors, Declares Nehru Place a No-Vending Zone - (31 Mar 2026)

Delhi High Court recently reaffirmed that Nehru Place District Commercial Complex is a no-vending and no-hawking zone, directing the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to take immediate action to remove unauthorised vendors operating in the area.
