Chhattisgarh HC Refuses Bail to Aide of Former Congress Treasurer in ?540 Crore Coal Levy Case - (31 Mar 2026)

The court said that “Considering the FIR and other material placed on record which prima facie shows involvement of the applicant in the crime in question, I am of the view that it is not a fit case where the applicant should be granted regular bail,”.
