Delhi High Court: Earlier Buyer Can Seek Cancellation of a Later Sale; Prior Rights Prevail - (30 Mar 2026)

Delhi High Court held that a buyer under an earlier transaction can seek cancellation of a later sale of the same property, as subsequent transactions cannot override the rights of the prior buyer.
