Delhi HC: Illegal Termination Does Not Automatically Entitle Employee to Reinstatement or Back Wages - (26 Mar 2026)

Delhi High Court clarified that illegal termination does not automatically entitle an employee to reinstatement or back wages, and refused relief to workmen terminated by a proprietorship firm, noting delays in pursuing claims and that several had reached superannuation age.
