Gujarat High Court: Forcing Toddler to Attend Court 6 Hours Weekly For Grandfather Visits is Unjust - (26 Mar 2026)

Gujarat High Court held that forcing a toddler to spend six hours in court weekly for grandparent visits is “uncalled for and unjust,” allowing the mother’s plea against a family court order mandating the child’s presence every Thursday from 11 am to 5 pm.
