Delhi HC: Street Vendors Must Maintain Cleanliness and Not Encroach on Public Spaces - (23 Mar 2026)

Delhi High Court observed that street vendors have a “bounden duty” to keep their vending areas clean and ensure they do not encroach on public spaces or obstruct pedestrian movement.
