Kerala HC: Arrest Grounds Need Not Be Shared With Foreigner’s Family If FRRO Or Embassy is Informed - (20 Mar 2026)

Kerala High Court held that when a foreign national is arrested, informing the accused along with the FRRO or their embassy suffices, and it is not necessary to notify their family, as noted in a bail plea by a Tanzanian accused under the NDPS Act in Kunnamkulam Police jurisdiction.
