CCI Dismisses Complaint Against Rapido over Use of Private Vehicles in Bike Taxi Service - (19 Mar 2026)

Competition Commission of India dismissed a complaint against Rapido, ruling that the allegations involved regulatory violations under transport law and did not raise competition issues within the CCI’s jurisdiction.
