Del HC: Subsequent Bail Pleas From Same FIR Should Usually Go Before the Judge Who Denied the First - (17 Mar 2026)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court observed that subsequent bail applications from the same FIR should ordinarily be heard by the same judge who rejected the earlier plea, to ensure consistency and prevent conflicting orders in the case.
