Delhi HC: Setting Aside or Altering a Judge’s Order by a Higher Court Doesn’t Affect Their Integrity - (16 Mar 2026)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court recently noted that a higher court setting aside or modifying a lower court’s order does not reflect on the ability or integrity of the judge, while addressing a judicial officer’s plea to remove adverse remarks made against him in connection with his criticism of the Delhi police.
