Supreme Court: Belated Jurisdictional Challenge Impermissible After Participation in Arbitration - (13 Mar 2026)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court observed that a party participating in arbitration without raising a timely jurisdictional objection cannot later challenge the arbitral tribunal’s jurisdiction on technical grounds after an adverse award is passed.
