Delhi High Court Denies Lifting Stay on Kent RO’s Sale of Fans under the KENT Trademark - (12 Mar 2026)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court upheld an interim order restraining Kent RO Systems from selling fans under the “KENT” trademark, ruling that Kent Cables had established a prima facie case of prior use for fans and that Kent RO cannot claim the mark for such products.
