SC: NCLAT Order Remains Valid Even if the Bench Has a Majority of Technical Members - (11 Mar 2026)

Supreme Court held that an order of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal cannot be considered illegal merely because the bench had a majority of technical members, clarifying that the current statutory framework does not require judicial members to outnumber technical members.
