Bom HC: Kolhapur Circuit Bench Notification Doesn’t Automatically Divest Principal Seat Jurisdiction - (11 Mar 2026)

Bombay High Court held that establishing the Kolhapur Circuit Bench does not automatically divest the Principal Seat of jurisdiction, as the High Court retains authority over matters where the original or appellate authority lies within its territorial jurisdiction.
