J&K&L High Court: Cheque Bounce Case Can't be Dismissed Before Accused is Served - (10 Mar 2026)

Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court held that a Section 138 NI Act complaint cannot be dismissed for want of prosecution before the accused is served. The court quashed the trial court’s order and restored the case.
